The golf ball has landed close to the green in thick rough and the ball is sitting down fairly deep. Not your standard chip shot. It is best in this scenario to pretend you are in sand trap. This would include an open stance and open clubface. Both the ball and the club have to pass through grass and therefore a fairly aggressive swing is needed.
